Contract Monitoring & Alerts

BidElevate provides monitoring and alert support for care providers approved on DPS  or frameworks.
Relevant portals are tracked on your behalf, with timely alerts issued when new call-off opportunities are released.
 

• Scheduled or real-time monitoring of selected DPS and framework portals
   
• Email alerts when relevant call-offs or requirements are published
   
• Concise summary updates outlining next steps
   
• Optional support for responding to opportunities, if required
   

Call-off monitoring is included for the first three months as part of a basic DPS entry (where no word-count responses are required).

This allows providers to:

• See live opportunities in practice
   
• Understand call-off activity levels
   
• Decide whether ongoing monitoring is required
   

After the initial three-month period, monitoring is available on a rolling basis.

Ongoing monitoring support is priced at £40 per month, based on the agreed portals and monitoring frequency.

Where monitoring is combined with bid writing or call-off submission support, adjusted pricing may be applied.
All pricing is confirmed in advance.

Trial access may be offered to selected providers where appropriate.
Availability is confirmed during the discovery call.
