Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS)

BidElevate supports care providers to apply to Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPSs) used by UK local authorities.
Support covers both basic DPS entry and DPS applications that include written, word-count responses, depending on the authority’s requirements.
 

For DPSs that do not include scored written responses, support includes:

• Eligibility checks (including CQC status, registration, and entry requirements)
   
• Portal registration where required
   
• Uploading required policies and supporting documents
   
• Managing and completing the DPS submission
   

This option is suitable for standard DPSs that rely on compliance rather than narrative responses.

Some DPSs include word-count questions or method statement-style responses.

Where written responses are required:

• Work is scoped based on the total word count and complexity
   
• A tailored quote and timeframe are issued in advance
   
• Drafting, review, and submission are managed end-to-end
   

• Basic DPS entry (no word count): £600
   
• DPSs with written responses: priced based on word count and scope
