About

Once you are approved on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) or Framework, local authorities can invite you to respond to individual contract opportunities — known as Call-Off contracts or Mini-Competitions.

These are time-sensitive and require structured written responses aligned to the specification and evaluation criteria. BidElevate supports providers through every stage of the response process.
