About

Our Mission

We exist to make public sector procurement clearer, more accessible and more achievable for health and social care providers. We bring specialist expertise, structured processes and practical support to every engagement — helping organisations navigate complex procurement with confidence and secure sustainable public sector opportunities.

Our Values

Clarity

We believe procurement should be understandable, not overwhelming. We simplify complex processes, explain requirements in plain English, and provide clear guidance at every stage of the procurement journey.

Integrity

We provide honest, transparent advice based on what is right for our clients. We only recommend services that add genuine value and communicate openly throughout every engagement.

Excellence

Quality underpins everything we deliver. From eligibility assessments to final submissions, every piece of work is prepared with accuracy, attention to detail and a commitment to the highest professional standards.

Partnership

We work alongside our clients rather than simply completing documents on their behalf. By understanding each organisation’s goals, challenges and ambitions, we provide tailored support that builds confidence and long-term capability.

Innovation

We embrace practical innovation by combining specialist expertise with technology, structured processes and continuous improvement to simplify procurement, enhance efficiency and deliver a better experience for our clients.

Social Care Specialists

Local authority contracts often carry specific regulatory requirements: CQC registration, safeguarding standards, and evidence of service quality. Working with specialists who understand these standards translates directly into stronger writing, particularly when it comes to drafting method statements that evaluators recognise as credible.

Our team is equipped to meet that standard directly and are:

The Process

How we work

We start with a clear eligibility and compliance check, including whether the tender you’re interested in requires specific Social Care compliance. This ensures you’re only pursuing opportunities you’re genuinely positioned to deliver.

Whether support is needed for a single submission or a broader improvement in bid quality, our process stays practical, responsive, and bespoke.

We’ll handle the process for you

The tender process is intensive. Deadlines are tight, requirements are dense, and a submission can be disqualified on a technicality — missed evidence, the wrong word count, a formatting slip — long before anyone reads what your service actually offers.

We take that pressure off, from policy gathering through to post-submission monitoring.

Note from the Founder

Meet Jade

BidElevate was founded by Jade, following eight years of writing and evaluating public sector tenders. She chose to specialise in social care because successful bids require more than strong writing: they require a genuine understanding of the services, people and challenges behind every response.

Through years of supporting social care providers with public sector tenders, Jade has developed a detailed understanding of how services operate and the pressures organisations face. That knowledge helps clients present their experience clearly, whether bidding independently or as part of a consortium.

Today, BidElevate combines Jade’s expertise with a growing team, providing specialist support while maintaining the personal approach the business was built on.

Outside of BidElevate, Jade is a botanical watercolour artist. Every client who secures a contract or framework award receives an original hand-painted print as a personal way of celebrating their success.
