Supported Accommodation provides housing alongside support for individuals who require a stable living environment but do not need regulated care.

In most models, the provider is responsible for the property itself — through ownership, lease, or management arrangements — as well as the day-to-day support delivered within it.

These services are commissioned by local authorities through DPS, Frameworks, and Call-off contracts.

Key requirements

You will typically need to demonstrate the following before applying.

Access to property

Property that is owned, leased, or formally managed by your organisation.

Tenancy management

Demonstrated capability to manage tenancy agreements and housing responsibilities.

Housing compliance

Including HMO licensing where applicable to your property type.

Support staffing

On-site or visiting support staff with appropriate training and supervision.

How the process works

1. Eligibility & Compliance Audit –We review your CQC status, policies, and operational readiness against the specific requirements of your target local authority — giving you a clear picture of what’s needed before any work begins.

2. Opportunity Matching –We identify the right Tender, Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) or Framework for your agency’s capacity, location, and service type — so your time and resource is directed at the right opportunities.

3. End-to-End Submission –We manage the full application — portal registration, policy alignment, and expert narrative writing. You review and approve. We submit.
