Floating Support — also known as Outreach Services — provides practical, emotional, and housing-related support to individuals living independently in the community.

Unlike Residential or Supported Living services, support is not tied to a specific property. It follows the individual wherever they live.

These services are commissioned by local authorities through DPS, Frameworks, and Call-off contracts.

Clear service model

Aligned to the client group and level of need you support.

Staffing & supervision

Appropriate staffing levels and supervision structures in place.

Evidence of outcomes

Demonstrable outcomes and evidence of community-based working.

Relevant experience

Demonstrable experience delivering outreach or navigational support services.

Floating Support does not typically require CQC registration — though this varies by opportunity and service type. We’ll confirm your regulatory position as part of the eligibility assessment.

How the process works

1. Eligibility & Compliance Audit –We review your CQC status, policies, and operational readiness against the specific requirements of your target local authority — giving you a clear picture of what’s needed before any work begins.

2. Opportunity Matching –We identify the right Tender, Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) or Framework for your agency’s capacity, location, and service type — so your time and resource is directed at the right opportunities.

3. End-to-End Submission –We manage the full application — portal registration, policy alignment, and expert narrative writing. You review and approve. We submit.
